What ships with an order

- EMC and safety test reports for the shipped configuration
- UN38.3 summary and MSDS for every lithium cell and pack
- AQL inspection report with photographs before the container is sealed
- Packing list, carton marks and container loading plan
How we hold the standard
Every SKU carries an inspection plan agreed at the sampling stage. Pre-shipment inspection follows AQL 1.5 on major defects and 4.0 on minor defects unless your own standard is stricter, and the line yield figure is reported weekly during production.
Where a market needs a notified-body or in-country certification, we coordinate with the laboratory your importer nominates so the certificate stays in your name.

Questions buyers ask
- ?Can we brand the packaging? Yes, from a low minimum order quantity depending on category — the figure is on each quote.
- ?Who owns the tooling? Tooling paid for by the buyer is the buyer's property and is documented as such.
- ?Can you ship to a 3PL? Yes — we work to your incoterm and can drop to a nominated warehouse.
